Activity
If you want to embed a video from another site like YouTube, all you have to do is simply paste the YouTube video link in the activity box and then click “Post Update“.
You can also choose where to post such as “Profile” or “Group”.
Groups
Click on “Groups” on the main menu. On the next screen, choose the “Create a Group” option. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Go to your Group’s page, and click on Manage (Cog Icon). You will see an option called Forum, so go ahead and click that. On the group forum settings you should see a checkbox and a dropdown menu. Make sure there is a tick where it says ‘Yes. I want this group to have a forum’. Also, leave the forum dropdown as —- No forum —-, then click Save.
This will create a dedicated forum for your group members allowing them to share evidence, chat with each other, ask questions etc.
Embedding

Uploading / Adding Media
To upload media such as Photos, Videos, Audio or Documents, click on the “Gallery” option which is a camera icon. You should see the following screen. First you need to “Create an Album”.
You will then need to choose what type of gallery you want to create, such as a Photo Gallery, a Video Gallery etc. Once you have chosen, just decide if you want your gallery to be for Everyone to see or just Logged In Users. Fill in the rest of the page and then click “Create”.
You should now be able to upload the media for your chosen gallery type. If you have followed the above correctly, you should see this.
